As y’all know, I am SUPER passionate about living your best, healthiest life. I’m at the gym as often as I can be. I chow down on nutrient dense grub and yet… I still live life! I enjoy rest days, vacations, happy hours with friends, and donuts every Thursday. I live my life in this balance of both discipline and permission, fueled by yummy food and faith. Today’s episode is the journey that got me here.
