Typically the challenges I have given myself have been those of physical feats. They have helped me out in regards to my mental health, but this month, I wanted to challenge myself with something more mental. I thought “What better way to start the new year than to be grounded and more mindful?” So I mean this challenge, and called it the Month of Mindfulness!
