Let's Talk Land Reform in South Africa

Land reform is among the thorniest questions facing South Africa. But the facts surrounding land reform are often ignored in the heat of the debate. In this video, I analyse South Africa's land reform process since 1994 and demonstrate the importance of land justice—something that continues to elude South Africa more than three decades into democracy.

About me: Dr Sizwe Mpofu-Walsh is an author, scholar and founder of the Sizwe Mpofu-Walsh Xperience (SMWX), a digital, youth-centred current affairs platform. He holds a DPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford and is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Wits Institute for Social and Economic Research (WiSER).
