Do you ever feel like your feelings control you? Do you want to change how you feel about a circumstance but don't know how? This episode is for you. Today I go through a coaching technique that I use with my clients. You will learn a practical tool that you can really explore your thoughts and feelings about a circumstance and then CHOOSE how you want to think and feel about it. This exercise can be done in a matter of moments once you know how it works. We explore what it means to have a fixed vs a growth mindset and why it is important. Listen in and grab a pen and paper- let's start to be intentional about our thoughts and choose the feelings we want to have about the things we go through.
