S2 Episode 22 - Manifest the business of your dreams with Sabrina Sarabella

Growing up on the Jersey Shore, it OWL makes sense that for as long as Sabrina can remember, she's always been interested in exercising and eating right. When she turned eighteen, Sabrina became a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer, teaching group fitness classes and training clients throughout college, earning her NASM certification and later completing her masters in clinical nutrition. 

After graduating college, Sabrina managed hundreds of personal trainers and group fitness instructors in one of the largest multi-unit gyms on the east coast. After a decade in the corporate fitness world, Sabrina took her badass business building skills online, creating virtual programs that combined fitness and nutrition for clients around the world. Finding much success around building and launching these programs, Sabrina found herself naturally offering support and guidance to people that kept asking her, "how she did it."

After many hours of intensive course work, Sabrina became a business coach, combing her passions for health and helping fit & wellness pros grow their business, build their brand, and incorporate additional income streams so that they can work less hours while increasing revenue and drop the exhausting hustle. When Sabrina isn't helping fitness professionals work smarter and have more time for living, you can find her at the gym either working out, training clients or teaching a group fitness class. ​When she's not at the gym, you can catch her at the beach or her favorite hotspots in Hoboken or NYC. Sabrina ​​believes you can be fit and healthy while still enjoying an exciting social life. Health and happiness are here motto! ​​
