ABC's Jason Nathanson joined KRDO's Morning News to break down all things from Norway slander, a Wayne’s World reunion, and a new spin on a classic Dolly Parton song - those are just a few of the Super Bowls ads that’ll have people talking Monday morning. Celebrity appearances were frequent, with Will Ferrell teaming up with Keenan Thompson and Awkwafina to show off GM’s latest electric cars. Jeep landed a two-minute spot featuring Bruce Springsteen - a first for the notoriously advertising-averse rockstar. Robinhood, a trading app that gained infamy in recent weeks following the Gamestop short-squeeze, aired a spot with the message “we are all investors.” Some major brands, like Hyundai and Budweiser, were absent this year - vowing instead to donate to coronavirus relief (the Clydesdales still managed to make an appearance, however.)
