Mike Collins is the founder of sugaraddiction.com. Michael has been completely sugar-free for over 30 years. He is Chairman of the Board of a Food Addiction Institute that helps raise awareness about processed food and sugar worldwide, a 501(c) non-profit and is the founder of SugarAddiction.com which has been helping thousands successfully quit sugar for over nine years. Today he talks to us about the powerful and detrimental effect that sugar has on our bodies.  Much like other addictions, sugar addiction is usually rooted in emotional causes.
