- Oh, we should mention and perhaps educate Donald Trump's defense lawyers in the fact that insurrection is NOT defined by the successful take-over of government, radio and television stations, and so forth.  It is however defined as follows.

• A rising up; uprising..

• The act of rising against civil authority or governmental restraint; specifically, the armed resistance of a number of persons to the power of the state; incipient or limited rebellion.

• It is our opinion after looking at all the evidence,  not just what Donald Trump said and didn't do on January 6th,  but all of the events, tweets, and interviews that lead up to January 6th.  He should be banned from ever holding public office again.  If you disagree, let us know!   We want to hear your voice.
