Ephesians 3:1-13
This past week, in Canada, a pastor was arrested and detained because of his conviction that the church must gather in obedience to her Lord. He refused to limit the size of the gathering. He refused to police the wearing of masks. He refused to enforce 2 meter spacing of the congregation. He refused because Scripture teaches us to obey God rather than men when they contradict one another. GraceLife Church continued to gather to worship Jesus Christ and now their pastor is in jail. We may face similar repercussions from our government. What will give us courage in the face of these difficulties? This week we will look at Ephesians 3:1–13 where we see the glorious church of Jesus Christ. A high view of the church will empower us to suffer for her sake.
