Thinking Out Loud: A Podcast On Grief And Mental Health
Health & Fitness:Mental Health
On this week’s episode we are joined by paper cut artist, Poppy Chancellor, who joins us to talk about her experience with grief. Poppy talks about the death of her father, expressing her grief through art and it also allowing her to connect with others who had also been dealing with loss.
She reflects on how she dealt with her grief and why it is important to coast through grief at times rather than trying to deal with it all at once.
Poppy also runs monthly meet ups to facilitate conversation and provide a safe space for people who have experienced bereavement. For more information on this you can check out the Instagram page: @thegriefcase
