Today's episode is a little shorter than normal, but nevertheless, is still an important concept that I wanted to share everyone. I recently went through a 'sad' phase, and found myself treating the experience as if it was a negative one, that something was 'wrong' with me. Now, back on the other side of things, I see now how important sadness is to our overall well being and happiness as a human. It is truly a beautiful emotion, that if we can see it as such, allows us to blossom into the fullness of who we are.
