Welcome back gang. This week we are chatting, FOMO, being stoked for others, gardening,  micro waves, hitting the right notes and on land practice.  We mull the freedom of not caring what others think and how this is a gateway to joy and play whatever your age. There is more breathwork in the Mindful Surfer Segment and how mindfulness practice is a slow burner but the rewards of getting comfortable with stillness and silence are deeper over time.

We cover Pre bed rituals, the distraction of surf and social media, being sucked into the comparison vortex, self-honesty and there is anarchy in the room as Will pocket dials the Mindless Surfer
