As you guys know I am not allowed to teach you transcendental meditation because when I have tried, the TM organization tried to sue me! BUT here is another kind of meditation that I have conceptualized for this youtube channel. It will bring you the same benefits as transcendental meditation, and you are allowed to share this meditation with your friends and family. We use a sound instead of a mantra, and following this sound will help you lose track of time, space, and ultimately, this meditation will get you into trans, or transcendence.
