You can’t reach a goal that has no meaning for you. Your commitment to something that is important to someone else isn’t going to inspire you the same to do it for yourself, so it’s time we get very clear with what your goals are and WHY they’re important to you. If they’re not, maybe it’s time to reevaluate and make new goals based on the things that truly matter to you. It’s easy to see others doing amazing and getting results and you may be feeling stuck and wondering why the same isn’t true for you, but have you asked yourself if those results are really what you want?
