Our breathing is a 3 dimensional process, with the capacity to expand in all directions. Many tend to breathe mainly into the front of our bodies, but we also have the ability to breathe into our sides and back as well. This episode focuses on a technique called crocodile breathing which can help us find a bit more space for our breath in our backs.
