Dr Radhika Thakrar is in her first year of paediatric training in South London. She graduated from Imperial College London in 2018 not really knowing what to specialise in, but fell in love with paediatrics during her F2 year. She shares her journey on Instagram and YouTube (@DoctorRadhika) to show medical students what it’s really like to be a doctor, with the real highs and low, because she had no idea what to expect. She also loves trying to keep house plants alive, cooking vegan dishes and going on long walks around London.
