In this meditative journey, we are going to activate the healing process of our sacral chakra by using a combination of Reiki, sound medicine, crystals, affirmations and mantras. Plan to listen to the episode while relaxing at home.
The following items are recommended for the ritual:
- An orange candle
- A glass/cup or bottle of water
- Wear something orange in color
- Any of the following crystals: carnelian, coral or moonstone
- Any of the following essential oils: jasmine, orange blossom, rosewood.
- Any memorabilia that connects you to or reminds you of a time you felt creatively and sexually open.
