How many times have you had to ‘bite your tongue’ for fear of ‘saying the wrong thing’? How many times have you agreed with something that someone has said just to go along with it because it is ‘easier’ or because you didn’t want to rock the boat? How many times have you had something on the tip of your tongue that you wanted to say, but fear got the better of you and you weren’t able to get the words out?
