I’ve shared before that when I began this podcast, I intended to have a faith-filled, grace-based focus on our eating and movement. That was it. Honestly that’s all I knew. But as the saying goes, I didn’t know what I didn’t know. As this show has progressed and I’ve had extended conversations with counselors, faith leaders, and more, I realized our mind and emotions are so intricately connected to the rest of our body and these impact our eating and movement.
