Hello, and welcome to another episode of the podcast. Today on the podcast, I’m excited to have an interview with Chantal Secours. Chantal is a Culinary Nutrition Expert, recipe developer, and YouTuber who enjoys creating and sharing healthy plant-based and allergen-friendly treats and recipes. Her gluten-free journey started in 2015. Learning to cook and bake without top allergens was important when her son experienced multiple food allergies. Chantal is the author of the Gluten-Free, No Eggs or Dairy Bread Machine cookbook. I am proud to say that Chantal is a graduate of the 2023 cohort of Cookbooks on KDP, and the book we’re talking about today she wrote and published as a result of being in the program. If you have a collection of recipes you want to publish in a book, the doors for our 2024 cohort are open to Cookbooks on KDP. In this 12-week group program, I will help you step-by-step learn how to publish a book of recipes on Amazon. When you complete the program, you will have completed two types of recipe books to share family recipes or give away as holiday gifts. If you'd like to learn more about this offer, head over to https://www.cookbookwritersacademy.com/kdp2024 and read more details about the program and your chance to enroll in this year's program.
