Seizing the moment is really hard! And I’m always asked about how, after spending decades as the self-proclaimed former president of the "I f*cking hate running club", I was finally able to find a way to get and stay active. And the truth is, I didn't. I still struggle to get out the door. Running is hard. And painful. But what I learned was how to work towards goals that made me feel strong, empowered, and confident. Today, I want to talk about why we have to push ourselves every single day.
