2022 has been a banner year for my running and I couldn't be more excited about it! I'm about to eclipse 2,200 miles with 100,000 feet of elevation gain - nearly double what I've done in any previous year. All at the age of 41... and I'm just getting started.
In this episode, I take a deep dive into the five lessons (plus one extra) that I'll take from this year to help me in 2023, and beyond. No matter your skill or fitness level, I think you'll be able to take plenty from this episode as you prepare to have your best year possible.
