Without a clear understanding of what a feeling is, we actually further our emotional dysregulation and dysfunction. Today's episode explains the importance of defining a feeling so that we do not make the mistake of justifying behavior, attitudes or actions because "that's just how I felt." How you feel matters, so long as what you are communicating is in fact a feeling.
