My Saturday live-streamed Dhamma talk and our sangha discussion is from the Appamadavaggaa. By developing Right Mindfulness a wise Dhamma practitioner learns the wisdom of restraint and avoids the self-inflicted pain of identifying with, and reacting to, ordinary phenomena.
