2. Do Not Use refined oils, but instead use olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil
3. Make homemade sauces and dressings...easier than you think
4. Read Ingredients on the products we buy before consuming
5. Avoid Inflammatory foods like dairy, gluten, white refined sugar and most artificial sweeteners
She challenges us to ask "What's on YOUR Fork?" and to eat better and be stronger.
