Which: Calms the mind and body
Here’s how to do it: Clasp your hands w your pointer finger up like a (Candle). Breath in deeply through your nose and slowly blow out the candle with your mouth.
We will do this 3 times. Clasp your hands w your pointer finger up like a Candle). Breath in deeply with your nose filling your belly and slowly blow out the candle.
2 more times: Clasp your hands w pointer finger up (Candle). Breath in deeply and slowly blow out the candle.
Last one: Clasp hands w pointer finger up (Candle). Breath in deeply and slowly blow out the candle.
Today’s nudge is: cultivate optimism
Create positive thoughts throughout your day. Anytime you are feeling down or negative, think of something good that is happening in your life. You own your thoughts so no matter what is happening around you, you can still think positive thoughts and hope. You create your mindset. No matter what is occurring, you can keep your hope. Find something to be encouraging about. Stay upbeat despite what is going on. The positive healthy hormones you let out can help your body and mind heal. Keep a promising attitude about all that you encounter and the experience will be much easier for you.
