You're probably aware that fiber is an important part of your diet. You also probably know it helps keep you full.
But you may not be very excited about eating cups and cups of vegetables.
If you want another way to consume fiber, listen in. I give you six of my favorite non-vegetable foods to help me get plenty of fiber in my diet.
