Sometimes we learn we’ve had it all wrong. I share this story with our guest, Kirstyn Campbell, in our first few minutes together so I won’t repeat it here. Let’s just say I’ve never paid much attention to my pelvic floor health, especially after my baby season was over. After talking with Kirstyn I realize this is probably an area that needs a little more attention.
Kirstyn is a personal trainer and Mom’s fitness specialist based in New Zealand. She’s a mom of two herself and is driven and passionate to train women safely, repairing and building strong core foundations. One of her specialties is repairing the core - including pelvic floor, gluts, upper and lower back. Teaching mums how to respect and honour what their amazing bodies have been through, and what they’re capable of doing today preparing for tomorrow. Half of the process is listening to your body and learning what is good for it.
