Itโs something Iโve done a lot of research about since I have a family history of Alzheimerโs. And in all honesty, my memory has never been very good. My mom is the same way.ย
Yet, my dad has an awesome memory. But HIS mother had Alzheimerโs.ย

The diet breakdown is about:
35% Fat
30% Protein
35% Carbohydrates
So, itโs more of an isocaloric diet, almost the same amount of calories from each of the 3 macronutrients.
