We talk about what happens when we don't and ways we can begin to take care of ourselves while honoring others in the process.
A big part of self-ownership is to recognize that we have control over how we communicate our needs and how we prioritize them. By acknowledging our needs and finding healthy ways to express them, we can create stronger relationships and live more fulfilling lives.
