I have a couple of suggestions.
First, do a blood test for DHEA levels before you take this hormone, to see where your levels are and thus, how much you may or may not need to take.
And a final disclaimer is that you should speak to your doctor before taking this or any hormone.
If you want clinically proven higher testosterone levels, there are much better solutions and supplements.
However, if you want to take DHEA to restore your things to youthful levels and for potential brain health benefits, then I suggest starting at 10 mg daily to no more than 50 mg daily.
