Mama let go of the drama. Today’s episode I talk about and give some tough love to all you moms that stress over every little thing. And hey sister, I am not judging because, in many moments, I am with you. I let the little day to day things stress me out while taking time and focus away from the things that matter most. When you find yourself wrapped up in the small stuff how does it feel to say to yourself “this does not matter and it does not deserve the time I am giving it” how does that feel? A lot of what we worry about distracts us from dealing with or preparing for bigger things for ourselves and our kids.
