In today's affirmation podcast I talk about how we can change the status of our health by reducing the stress of what we are focusing on in the moment.
It can be easy to look at what's going wrong and why it's going wrong. I get it, how else do we problem solve if we never look at what we don't like?
However, it can be easy to constantly over focus and worry on ALL the things going wrong in our lives. And thus, we begin training our minds and our subconscious to be on high alert thinking that something is wrong all the time.
So let me help you reframe some of the harder points in your life by helping you see the distance you have already come, and how you are going to overcome your new obstacles just like you did your old ones.
