I have been a health and fitness coach for almost 10 years and I have seen this cycle of self sabotage - feeling really great and strong through the month then mental and physical energy shifting bringing on feelings of stress and guilt. Once I started listening to Alissa Vitis books WomanCode and In the Flo. I knew that this would help myself and my clients.
